Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

2:59, 3:03, 3:14, 3:18, 3:51
28:25 total (PR)

All sets unbroken except push-ups. Sit-ups with anchored feet. (probably 5 extra push-ups in last round, I lost count)
