Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Deadlift, 9 reps (wide grip)
135 pound Hang power snatch, 6 reps
135 pound Overhead squat, 3 reps

17:29

DL in sets of 8 +1
HPS in sets of 1-2 (all ugly)
OHS unbroken.

First 2 rds in 5 mins then a rapid decline. Skin tear with blood on the bar during the last rd.
