Run 5K

20:09 PR (treadmill)

Mentally I broke at the halfway point. 1 1/2 miles at 10mph then had to back off to 9mph, even 8mph but back up to 10mph for last 1/4 mile.
This confirms that my PR 5K (18:42) outside, which is 5 laps around my block, is actually a little short.
