For time:
Run 5 miles

Run in 5-minute intervals, stopping after each to perform 50 squats and 50 push-ups before beginning the next 5-minute run interval.

Modified:
Run as far as possible in 60 mins, stopping after every 5 min run to do 50 squats, 50 push-ups.

Unknown distance, roughly 4 miles based on Google map
Beach run in soft sand.
