At 2 mins, start EMOM: 1 back squat, 155 lbs and 1 pull-up, 2 back squat, 2 pull-up, 3 back squat, 3 pull-up…
When you fail to complete the back squats and pull-ups within the minute, run 400m

10 rounds + 11 back squats, 3 pull-ups
