Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8-ft rope climb, 2 ascents
5 burpees
200-meter run

If you’ve got a 20-lb. vest or body armor, wear it.

10 rds + 2 burpees

Rope climbs start and stop seated on the ground.
Wore my ballistic vest.
