Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
135-lb. power cleans, 10 reps
20 push-ups

4 rounds + 10 PC

  1. I did a modified version of this because I hadn’t done PC’s in a while. AMRAP 10 minutes of 5X135PC, 20 pushups. Got 8 rounds in for the 10 minutes, then added 2 more untimed rounds to get it to 10 rounds total.
